C Song - Catalysis today, 2003 - Elsevier

This review discusses the problems of sulfur reduction in highway and non-road fuels and presents an overview of new approaches and emerging technologies for ultra-deep desulfurization of refinery streams for ultra-clean (ultra-low-sulfur) gasoline, diesel fuels ...

The article, by a major researcher in the desulfurization arena, is available on researchgate.net, as displayed on the right in the results list.  Many researchgate.net articles are available as free PDFs. Yet when you click on the title, you are sent, not to researchgate.net, but to ScienceDirect, where you may purchase the article for about $40.00.

TIP: For the free version of the article, click the researchgate.net link, rather than the article title.

Or, you can click the All 12 versions link, and browse until you find the free version of the article.

Keep this technique in mind as you search.  There is still a lot of high quality free stuff available on the Web, but it is not always obvious how to get it.
